We have almost 1000 m2 of office space.
Our offer mainly includes stationary offices, rented for many years. Most of them, more than 600 m2, are located in a two-story building next to the Abraham roundabout. These small, several-meter offices, which can often be combined with each other to work in a larger team, enjoy great recognition and success among clients.
In the back of the plant, Siwela also has a smaller, intimate office building with an area of 256 m2. Here, however, due to the location of the property, we do not rent individual offices, but the entire office building (minimum 50% of the area). It is a perfect place for architectural and surveying studios, as well as analytical and consulting companies. Following the latest trends, we also offer new services. Siwela introduces to its offer the rental of fully equipped offices for hours, days or months, and at the same time guarantees service in the form of a drinks service; enables the use of office equipment: printer, photocopier, scan or fax. We are flexible and we approach each client individually.
