Name Siwela only evokes good associations, although it already is over 70 years and experienced a lot in its long history. For the longest time, i.e. for over 40 years, until 1995, the name Siwela was used by the Świdnica Wool Industry Plants.
The wind of history, however, decided that this manufacturer of carpets, rugs and various types of fabric went bankrupt, and in March 1995, a limited liability company was established in its place, which kept the name, but changed its business profile. Until 2003, Siwela has been producing decorative fabric for the automotive industry.
As a result of management decisions, in 2003 production activities were stopped, and Siwela focused on property management and rental.
